It was a single-level residential house and a proposal was made requested by the client, to have two additional levels and convert them into apartments.

 

A minimalist design fused with contemporary was realized. Starting from an initial single-storey single-family home structure, a proposal was made at the client's request to add two additional levels and transform them into independent residential spaces.

 

The resulting design is characterized by a fusion between minimalism and contemporaneity, where clean lines and geometric shapes are combined with modern materials and avant-garde details. The project seeks to harmonize the functionality of the spaces with a sober and elegant aesthetic, emphasizing the simplicity and fluidity of the volumes.
